I am not able to pick up any signal on either Orb or any Media Center.Īnybody have this issue before? And PLEASE tell me there's a resolution. I cant remember for sure, but I may have tried my 1st Hauppauge HVR-1600 card in the Atom and had the same problem then moved it to another machine where it worked. Since this is TV2 of my Dish Network box, the output channel can go no lower than 21. The problem, with both Orb and any other Media Center such as Windows Media Center or SageTV, is that on analog signals, the programs only scan channels 2,3 and 4. I would also like to use another Media Center besides the packaged WinT|V. The reason I bought the card is to be able to stream tv to any browser using Orb. This channel receives my satellite signal, and I can turn channels using the Dish Network remote, but of course the WinTV channel has to stay on 116 the entire time.

These products include: Colossus (the original Colossus board), WinTV-HVR-850, WinTV-HVR-950Q and the WinTV-HVR-1600/1850.

On a single full height PCI board, WinTV-HVR-1600 has a single tuner with analog NTSC and ATSC digital TV. WinTV v10 runs with Windows 11, but with some older Hauppauge products, you need to turn off the memory integrity option on Windows 11. Now, I know that I have to hook up the coaxial to the analog input of the TV Tuner to get any channels, and after scanning with WinTV, I only get one channel, channel 116. The WinTV-HVR-1600 MC is a TV tuner with both analog and high definition digital ATSC PCI TV tuner for Media Center PCs. I have Dish Network in my home, and just purchased a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-1600 TV Tuner card. Ok, I have a situation that I'm not really sure is even possible to correct.
